ABOUT Fresh Paan Bites RECIPE

Here is my take on the famous Indian beetle nut digestive. Paan Balls or Paan Bites is a wonderful mithai made using Betel Leaves, Gulkand, Nuts, and Sauf. They are small Ladoo shaped balls. They are quick to make and taste like eating a meetha Paan.I have tried to simplify and make it little more creative and presentable. Your loved ones and guests will be surely impressed by this.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 20 Calcutta paan leaves
  2. 10 almonds coarsely ground
  3. 10 cashew nuts coarsely ground
  4. 5 tbsp colorful saunf
  5. 1 cup gulkand
  6. 4 tbsp desiccated coconut
  7. some desiccated coconut to roll the paan ball over it


  1. In the chopper add chopped paan leaves, dry fruits, gulkand, multicolor saunf, and desiccated coconut.
  2. Grind everything well
  3. Remove the mixture in the bowl
  4. Make a small size paan bites and coat it with coconut and keep it in the refrigerator to cool before serving
