It's a perfect starter ..garlic, lemon juice and using some spice ... juicy ,crispy in tast just try it

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 500 gm chicken
  2. 20-25 Garlic cloves
  3. 2 tbsp Chilli flakes
  4. 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  5. 2 tsp Oil
  6. 1 tbsp Corn flour
  7. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil for fry


  1. Wash the chicken properly and keep aside
  2. Crushed garlic cloves now add little amount of water and crushed again and strain it
  3. In a mixing bowl put chicken, garlic juice, lemon juice and oil, salt and chilliflex and mix well and cover it and freez for half an hour
  4. After removing chicken from freez now add corn flour and mix well
  5. Take a pan put oil and heat it Now put chicken pieces and fry it till golden brown and crispy
  6. Chicken lahsuniya is ready
  7. Squeeze lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander for serving time
