A mouth-watering cake recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 6

Maida 1-1/2 cup
Castor sugar 1 cup
Cocoa powder 3 tsp
Soda bi-carb 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Water 1 cup
Vegetable oil 1/2 Cup
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Whipped cream and cherries for decoration

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients and keep aside.
Mix all the wet ingredients and blend it well with a beater. Now slowly add the dry ingredients and keep beating.
Pour this mixture in greased and floured cupcake moulds (pour only till it's half full).
Put them in a preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes at 180 degrees celsius. Check with a toothpick to see if it's done.
Remove from the oven when done and allow it to cool at room temperature.
Decorate with whipped cream and cherry!
