About Egg curry Recipe

Today i m sharing dhaba style egg curry, very delicious n easy recipe. Making egg curry is the most simplest and most loved by many. Egg curry can b served with roti, plain rice, jeera rice or peas pulao..

Egg curry

Ingredients to make Egg curry

  • 6 egg
  • 2 big onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 3, 4 green chilli
  • 1tbsp ginger- garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp cummin seeds
  • oil for frying
  • 1 bay leaf
  • cinnamon stick
  • 2 cloves
  • 4 green cardmom
  • 1 tsp turmric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Chopped coriender leaves

How to make Egg curry

  1. Boil egg for 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Break shell of boiled egg n deep fry till golden brown.
  3. Take a blender jar add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, green chilli n grind to make a paste.
  4. Then heat 2, 4 spoon oil in a pan add cummin seeds, bay leaf, green cardmom, cinnamon stick n saute well till aromatic.
  5. Then add ginger-garlic paste n saute till row aroma goes off.
  6. Now add add onion, tomato paste saute, add turmric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala n cook till oil seprate.
  7. Add some water n cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Then add fried egg, salt mix well. Cover n cook for 2, 3 minutes on low flame.
  9. Switch off the flame garnish with chopped coriender n serve hot with rice n roti....
