ABOUT Corn Bhel RECIPE

An easy to make recipe that is relished by all age groups.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. American corn 1 packet
  2. Sev 1 cup
  3. pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  4. coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  5. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  6. salt to taste
  7. Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  8. asafoetida 1 pinch
  9. oil 1 tbsp
  10. lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the corn, drain and keep aside.
  2. Take oil in a pan and add asafoetida in it. Now add corn to it.
  3. Then add salt, chilli powder, chaat masala and lemon juice. Mix it well.
  4. Remove from the fire and add sev, coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
  5. Serve immediately.
