Cashew Squares

Ingredients to make Cashew Squares

  • cashew nuts 1 cup
  • Powdered sugar 2 tsp
  • Milk powder 2 tsp
  • ghee 1 tsp
  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup
  • almonds 10

How to make Cashew Squares

  1. Grind the cashew nuts, sugar & milk powder in a mixture jar.
  2. In a non-stick pan, take ghee and add the mixture.
  3. Stir for a minute, then add the condensed milk. Keep stirring constantly till the mixture turns into a lump.
  4. Now put this mixture on a greased plastic and roll out a big square. Now cut the square into smaller square pieces.
  5. Put an almond on each piece by pressing a little.
  6. Serve at room temperature.

My Tip:

You can use mix nuts powder too instead of cashew powder.
