Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm paneer/tofu/chicken sausages
  2. 1 medium sliced onion
  3. 1 medium capsicum cut in Julianne
  4. 1 medium yellow bell pepper cut into julianne
  5. 1 red bell pepper cut into julianne
  6. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  7. 1/2 cup shredded purple cabbage
  8. Salt and pepper to season
  9. Vinegar for dressing
  10. 1 cup fetta cheese
  11. 1 cup boiled spaghetti
  12. 1 tsp olive oil


  1. Saute paneer/ chicken sausage/tofu in 1 tsp oil. Keep aside
  2. In a mixing bowl add rest ingredients. Mix well. Add seasoning and vinegar. Mix well
  3. Add olive oil. Mix well
  4. Keep in fridge for 30 min before serving
