Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl carrot cut into dice
  2. 1bowl peas
  3. 1/2 spoon grated ginger n garlic
  4. 1 pinch Asafoetida
  5. 1/2 spoon turmeric
  6. 1/2 spoon coriander powder
  7. 1/2 spoon garam masala
  8. 1/2 spoon dry mango powder
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 2 GREEN CHILLI CHOPPED
  11. 2 spoon oil
  12. 1 spoon finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan put oil,cumin, asafoetida, green chilli and ginger -garlic.
  2. Now put all spices except garam masala and dry mango powder
  3. Than add carrot and peas mix it well.
  4. Now put 1/2 cup of water and cover it for 7 min.
  5. After 7 min finally add garam masala and dry mango powder and mix well.
  6. Turn off the gas and garnish with coriander leaves.
