Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat four 2 small bowl
  2. Clustar leaves. 250gms
  3. Red chilly powder 2tea spoon
  4. Turmeric 1tea spoon
  5. Salt according to taste
  6. Ajwain 1/2tea spoon
  7. Water
  8. oil
  9. Baking soda 1/2tea spoon

Instructions

  1. First take the wheat flour and add one tea spoon oil in it and baking soda and add all spices. Make a smooth dough of it.
  2. Now make small balls of dough and press it slightly.
  3. Now take a pressure cooker and add oil and after oil become hot add ajwain in it .
  4. Now pour cluster leaves in it and add water .
  5. After two boil add balls in it one by one .
  6. After one whistle off the gas .
  7. Now your fali dhokla are ready to serve.
