Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups almond flour
  2. 1 cup condensed milk
  3. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  4. 5 strands Saffron
  5. 3-4 pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a pan, mix almond flour, condensed milk, and cardamom thoroughly.
  2. Heat mixture on a low flame and stir continuously until the mixture becomes thick and doesn’t stick to the pan. This should take approximately 10 minutes.
  3. Transfer the mixture from the pan onto parchment paper and let it cool.
  4. Place a second layer of parchment paper onto the top of the mixture and flatten it with a rolling pin.
  5. Add pistachio and saffron onto the rolled mixture and roll again.
  6. Cut into desired shapes.
