Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 egg
  2. 2 spoon finally chopped onion
  3. 2 spoon finally chopped green Bell peppers
  4. 2 spoon finally chopped carrot
  5. 2 chopped green chili
  6. 2 spoon finally chopped cabbage
  7. 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1 tomato finally chopped
  9. 1/2 spoon mix Harb
  10. 1/2 spoon black pepper powder
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 spoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl crack open the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Whisk the eggs gently.
  3. Now added the finely chopped onion, cabbage, carrot, Bell pepper, tomato, green chili, coriander leaves,mix harbs and mix it well.
  4. Now heat h panniyaram pan,add oil and coat it well.
  5. Pour the egg mix fill it 3/4th,cook on medium flame.
  6. Once it cooked on side flip it over and cook on other side.
  7. If it's cooked on both sides, remove it & sarve hot with favourite souce.
