In this we cook maggi with vegetables and egg and finally add maggi masala for taste

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maggi noodles/instant ramen noodles/yippee noodles 2 packs
  2. Scrambled eggs 2
  3. 1 small onion chopped
  4. 1/2 cup chopped vegetables carrot, capsicum,tamota(u can add any veggies)
  5. 1 greenchilli chopped
  6. Maggi masala 4 tbsp
  7. 2 Cups Water

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients ready chopped vegetables ,onion,green chilli,eggs and noddles
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add onion,green chilli and chopped vegetables
  3. Saute them for 3 minutes and when they are half cooked add 2 cups of water,maggi masala to veggies and bring them to boil
  4. Add noodles to the boiling vegetable mixture
  5. Cook for 2 minutes until noodles are cooked well and dry
  6. Finally add scrambled egg and toss the noodles well
  7. Serve them hot
