Instant Rava Dosa

Ingredients to make Instant Rava Dosa

  • Suji 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 cup
  • Soda 1/4 tsp
  • salt
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped green chillies 2
  • coriander leaves 2 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion 1/2
  • jeera 1/4 tsp
  • oil

How to make Instant Rava Dosa

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except oil) together in a bowl, add water and mix well. It should be of neeru dosa consistency like watery consistency then keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and grease it lightly with oil. Pour 1/2 cup batter evenly on the tava (griddle), pour a little oil in the holes of the dosa and cook it on a medium flame till it turns golden brown in colour or until its crisp.
  3. Serve this hot dosa with chutney.
