About Paneer soya masala Recipe

Soyabean & paneer both have high protein in it. Its super healthy.

Paneer soya masala

Ingredients to make Paneer soya masala

  • paneer cubes 250 gm
  • Soya chunks 150 gm
  • 2 big size chopped onion
  • 5 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted fennel.powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paneer masala powder
  • oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Paneer soya masala

  1. Soak the soya chunks in warm water for 15 minutes & squeez the water.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan & add chopped onion & fry them.
  3. Then add the ginger garlic paste & cooked well.
  4. After then add the powderd masala accept paneer masala & cooked well by adding water.
  5. Then add salt & soya chunks. Simmer it for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes add the paneer cubes. Saute well & cook for 5 minutes more.
  7. At laste add the paneer masala & serve hot.
