Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1.5 cup flour
  2. 3 egg whites +1 white
  3. 3 egg yolks
  4. 150 gram sugar
  5. 1/4 cup oil
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  8. 1/2 cup orange juice
  9. 1 tbsp orange zest
  10. 1 cup whipped cream
  11. Fruits as desired


  1. Sieve flour and baking soda
  2. Separate egg
  3. Take egg whites in a dry bowl and 1 egg white also
  4. And beat them with beater till soft peaks
  5. Take 1/4 cup sugar
  6. Then add sugar little by little and beat till hard peaks
  7. Take flour mix and make well in center
  8. Add egg yolks ,sugar and oil
  9. And beat them
  10. Add vanilla essence
  11. Now add egg mix in it and fold nicely
  12. Preheat ovan
  13. Grease mould
  14. And pour batter in mould
  15. Bake at 160 degree for 35 min.or till baked
  16. Can check with knife come out clean from cake
  17. Now take it out from ovan and let it cool
  18. Take cup whip cream and beat it
  19. Add fruits in it and serve with cake
