ABOUT Amrood di chutney ( guava chutney ) RECIPE

Residing country-USA,Amrood di chutney /guava chutney is very famous in my home town . Street food serve it with samosa and moong dal vadas . You can use it as a topping too. I always miss its taste .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2-3 small Ripe guava /Amrood
  2. Half cup coriander leaves
  3. 1 small piece of ginger
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. First wash guavas and cut into small pieces .
  2. Now in grinder take guava pieces , add coriander leaves , green chilli and ginger . Add salt .now grind it properly and make a paste .
  3. Amrood /guava di chutney is ready. Use it as a topping on crispy mathris. You can serve this with fried snacks .

Quick and easy to make. Was really tasty.Had with Lentils Nachos. Also will try with French fries.
