ABOUT Duck egg curry RECIPE

Its a delicious dish prepared in a bengali style can be served with rice and roti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Duck eggs 4 pc
  2. Onion paste 2 tspn
  3. Onion sliced 2 spoon
  4. Ginger paste 1 tspn
  5. Turmeric powder 1tspn
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tspn
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. Sugar half tspn
  9. Whole garammasala 1 tspn
  10. Bay leaves 1 pc
  11. Whole red chilli 1 pc
  12. Mustered oil 2 spoon
  13. Ghee 1tspn
  14. Tomato paste 2 tspn
  15. Whole jeera seeds 1 tspn

Instructions

  1. Boiled the eggs .
  2. Mix turmeric powder to the boiled eggs and fry .
  3. Heat the oil in a pan again and put whole jeera seeds bay leaves redchillies and some whole garam masala .
  4. Then put some onion sliced and fry until it's turns light red in color and soft.
  5. After that put onion paste and garlic paste cook for 2 mins .
  6. Then add ginger paste tomato paste turmeric powder salt. red chilli powder .and sugar..saute it.
  7. Add little water and Cover the Masala with lids and let it cooked for another 3 mins.
  8. After 3 mins add the eggs ..cook another 2 mins.
  9. When the oil will seperates and gravy becomes thick add some ghee and serve hot with rice or roti.
