It's protein rich dish without onion and garlic but the taste and aroma is too good

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Tometo 2
  3. Capsicum 1 chopped
  4. Green chilli 2 -3
  5. Ginger 1 " piece
  6. Curd 1 cup
  7. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. Bay leaf 1
  11. Cardamom 1-2
  12. Salt to tast
  13. Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  14. fresh coriander 1/2 cup
  15. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  16. 1 tbsp cream/malai
  17. oil 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer in triangle shape and keep aside
  2. Ginger, tometo, chilli and coriander Blend it
  3. Heat oil in pan and put bay leaf, cumin seeds, cardamom stir it
  4. Now add chilli ginger, tometo coriander paste and chopped capsicum saute it and cook 3-4 minutes
  5. Now add turmeric powder chilli powder and coriander powder stire it
  6. Now add cream and cook till oil isseparated , now add curd stire it
  7. Now add paneer and salt mix well.
  8. add kasuri methi and garam masala now put little amount of warm water cover with lead and cook 3-4 minute
  9. Paneer dahiwala is ready
  10. Garnish with chopped coriander and cream
  11. Sarve with roti / paratha
