Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 250 gm
  2. Onion 200 gms ( sliced)
  3. Curd 100 gm
  4. Green chillies 5 / 6 ( chopped)
  5. Cardamom 3
  6. Cinnamon 2
  7. Bay leaves 3
  8. Black pepper 10
  9. Cloves 5
  10. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  11. Oil 3 tablespoon
  12. Salt according to your taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker
  2. Add whole dry spices saute for a while
  3. Now add mutton in it sauted untill mutton become pink in color
  4. Now add ginger garlic paste and saute
  5. Add sliced onion or green chillies and mix well add salt in it
  6. Now add one cup of water and pressure cooked till mutton become soft and tender
  7. Open a lid and add curd in it mix well and sauted untill oils comes from sides
  8. When oil comes mix well and off the flame
  9. Serve hot with naan
