కావలసినవి సర్వింగ: 8

  1. Chicken 1/2 kg
  2. Curd 200gms
  3. Badam pistha and kaaju 10-15 each
  4. Pudina 15leaves
  5. Coriander leaves a small bunch
  6. Friend onions 2
  7. Garam masala 1spn
  8. Salt
  9. Green chillies 4-5
  10. Lemon juice 1spn
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1spn
  12. Coriander powder 1spn

సూచనలు

  1. First clean chicken with water and then take it in bowl and add garam masala,ginger garlic paste ,salt,Curd,lemon juice, (badam kaaju pista(dry roast),fried onions)paste,(chillies pudina coriander leaves)paste..coriander powder mix all and keep it for night.. Take a pan add oil cloves and dalchina chekka fry it and add chicken fry it in low flame..no need to add water..curd is enough to it..it will take 40min..last add coriander leaves
