Congress Kadalekai or masala peanut is also known as 'badavara badami'. It is spicy, crunchy, tasty and healthy evening snacks. From kids to age old people like to have it.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Peanut 1 cup
  2. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  3. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  4. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Groundnut oil tsp
  6. red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  7. crushed dry curry leaves 1 string
  8. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. DRY ROAST 1 CUP OF PEANUT
  2. ROAST TILL GOOD AROMA IN LOW FLAME, TURN OFF THE FLAME, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  3. REMOVE THE SKIN
  4. RUB AND REMOVE THE SKIN OF ALL, IT WILL BE SPLIT INTO TWO EASILY
  5. HEAT 1 TSP OF GROUNDNUT OIL, FRY JEERA
  6. ADD CRUSHED CURRY LEAVES
  7. RED CHILLI POWDER 1/2 TSP, BLACK PEPPER POWDER 1/4 TSP
  8. TURMERIC POWDER 1/4 TSP, BLACK SALT 1/4 TSP
  9. ADD CLEANED PEANUTS
  10. ADD CHAT MASALA POWDER 1/4 TSP, MIX WELL
  11. TRANSFER INTO A SERVING PLATE AND SERVE
