Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 ltr milk
  2. 2 tbsl lemon juice
  3. 10 cups water
  4. 2 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. BOIL 1 LITRE MILK, AND KEEP STIRRING FREQUENTLY TO AVOID ANY CREAM STAGNANTS.
  2. ADD MIXTURE OF 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE AND 2 TBSP WATER. LET THE MILK TO CURDLE. TRANSFER TO CLOTH.
  3. SQUEEZE OUT WATER.KNEAD THE MILK DOUGH.MAKE BALLS. ALLOW 10CUPS WATER WITH2 CUPS SUGAR IN IT TO BOIL
  4. ADD THE MILK BALLS INTO THE BOILING WATER. CLOSE THE LID. LET THE CHENNA COOK FOR 15 MINS.
  5. THE COOKED ONESBARE SOFT AND SPONGY.
  6. THEY ARE TOO SPONGY TO EVEN HAVE A SMOOTH CUT.
  7. THEY HAVE A NICE TEXTURE AND AS WELL PERFECT TASTE.
