Ingredients to make :rainbow::rainbow:Rainbow Rasagulla

  • 3cups venilla icecream
  • 250gms rasagulla
  • 1bowl icecubes
  • Decorate..fruit & Drifruit pieces
  • Half cup pomogranate
  • Half cup banana
  • Half cup black grapes
  • Half cup kivvi
  • Half cup strawberry
  • Half cup papaya
  • Half cup orange
  • Half cup drifruit pieces
  • Pinch saffron strands for garnish and mint leaf

How to make :rainbow::rainbow:Rainbow Rasagulla

  1. Take venila icecream
  2. Place 1 cup ice cream on a serving plate mash gently for cream texture
  3. Then take each Rasagulla press with palms then put icecubes again press with palms sugar syrup comes out
  4. Then put icecream
  5. Cover-up all Rasagulla with some more icecream
  6. Then decorate fruit pieces pomogranate,banana,kivvi,starwberry all the fruit pieces
  7. Arrange all fruit as Rainbow shape then sprinkle drifruit pieces on top
  8. Garnish with saffron strands,mint leaves ready to serve rainbow Rasagulla

My Tip:

Fruits is optional it can add coloured different fruit pieces also
