Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pointed gourd - 7 - 8 no ( peeled and deseeded )
  2. potato - 2 no ( boiled )
  3. oil - 6 tablespoons
  4. All purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
  5. Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  7. coriander powder - 1 tablespoons
  8. cumin powder - 1 tablespoons
  9. sugar - 1 tablespoons
  10. salt to taste
  11. onion - 1 chopped
  12. garlic and green chilli crushed - 1 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. PEEL THE POINTED GOURD AND MIX WITH PINCH OF SALT , TURMERIC POWDER AND SUGAR
  2. HEAT 3 TABLESPOONS OIL IN A PAN
  3. FRY THE POINTED GOURD IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
  4. FRY IT BOTH SIDE AND KEEP ASIDE
  5. TAKE 2 LARGE BOILED POTATO AND MASHED
  6. HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL IN SAME PAN AND FRY 1 CHOPPED LARGE ONION
  7. WHEN ONION TURNED GOLDEN BROWN ADD 1 TABLESPOONS GARLIC AND CHILLI MASHED
  8. NOW ADD THE 1 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER AND 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER
  9. NOW ADD THE 1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER , 1 TEASPOON SUGAR AND SALT TO TASTE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. ADD THE SMASHED POTATO
  12. NOW STUFF THE POTATO MIXTURE IN PARWAL VERY CAREFULLY
  13. IN SAME DISH ADD 2 TABLESPOONS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR AND 6 TABLESPOONS WATER
  14. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  15. NOW COAT THE BATTER INTO THE POINTED GOURD
  16. FRY IT
  17. FRY IT IN BOTH SIDES LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN
  18. IN A BOWL ADD 2 TABLESPOONS CURD , 1/2 TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER , 1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
  19. 1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC POWDER , SALT ,1 TEASPOON SUGAR AND 1 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA POWDER
  20. 1 LARGE TOMATO GRATED AND MIX WELL
  21. MIX WELL
  22. HEAT 1 TABLESPOONS OIL ADD 1 TEASPOON WHOLE GARAM MASALA
  23. NOW ADD THE CURD MASALA MIXTURE
  24. FRY IT FOR 5 MINUTES THEN ADD 1/2 CUP OF WATER
  25. NOW ADD THE STUFF POTOL AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES . READY TO SERVE
