Dolma is a middle eastern delicacy. It is very healthy , steamed dish. Basically it is made with beef but here i made it with soya granules and with loads of vegetables. I added home made marinara sauce in the stuffing ,which gives it spicy and tangy taste too .
Soya dolma in marinara sauce
Ingredients to make Soya dolma in marinara sauce
- For marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- Two large garlic peeled and chopped
- 5 tomatoes
- 1 cup tomato puree
- One tablespoon tomato sauce
- One tablespoon dried oregano
- One teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- salt to taste
- For soya dolma
- cabbage 1
- 1 cup boiled soya granules
- 1Cup boiled short grain rice
- 1/2cup grated carrot
- 1onion finally chopped
- 2 finely chopped spring onion
- Some threads of spring onion
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 table spoon chilli flakes
- salt as per taste
