Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 6 chicken legs.
  2. 6 tbsp plain Greek yogurt.
  3. 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder.
  4. 1/2 tbsp coriander powder.
  5. 1 tesp salt.
  6. Juice of 1 lime.
  7. 1 tbsp old bay seasoning.
  8. 3/4 tesp ginfer garlic paste.
  9. 1/4 cup marinara sauce.
  10. Olive oil to drizzle.


  1. Preheat oven to 180℃.
  2. Foil a square tin.
  3. In a bowl mix the ingredients given,except oil, lime juice and sauce.
  4. Slit the chicken legs and apply the mixture.
  5. Place on the tray , squeeze lemon juice and drizzle oil.
  6. Bake at 170℃ for 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Remove and apply marinara sauce.Turn to broil mode place back in oven and let broil for 5 to 8 minutes.
  8. Remove serve hot.
