Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 10 chicken legs.
  2. 10 tbsp plain Greek yogurt.
  3. 1 tbsp kasoori methi.
  4. Salt to your taste.
  5. 3 tesp coriander powder.
  6. 4 tesp Kashmiri chilli powder.
  7. 3/4 tesp ginger garlic paste.
  8. Juice of one lime.
  9. Olive oil to drizzle.


  1. Wash and pat dry with kitchen towel the chicken legs.
  2. Make slits on them.
  3. Preheat oven 180℃.
  4. Line a square tin with silver foil.
  5. Mix all the ingredients except oil in a bowl.
  6. Apply the paste all over the chicken legs.
  7. Place them in the tray,drizzle olive oil.
  8. Bake at 180℃ for 30 to 40 minutes or till chicken is done.
  9. Change to broil mode for 5 to 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot with sliced onions,lemon and tomatoes.
