ABOUT Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream RECIPE

Chocolate icecream recipe without eggs and machine. This simple icecream is super easy and yummy with vanilla base, you can make many variations with this base.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 ltr full fat milk
  2. 10 tbsp sugar
  3. 3 tbsp milk powder
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp corn flour
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp GMS powder
  6. 1/4 tsp CMS powder
  7. 1/2 cup non dairy whipping cream
  8. 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  9. 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  10. 3 tbsp dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. TAKE 500 ML MILK, ADD 3 TBSP MILK POWDER, 1.5 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  2. ADD 1.5 TBSP GMS & 1/4 TSP CMS POWDERS, MIX WELL, SET ASIDE
  3. HEAT 1 LITRE FULL CREAM MILK, ADD 10 TBSP SUGAR, ALLOW IT TO MELT
  4. ADD THE READY MILK MIXTURE, STIR BRISKLY TO AVOID LUMPS, COOK ON LOW HEAT UNTIL THICK
  5. TRANSFER TO A BOWL, ALLOW IT TO COOL
  6. PLACE IN AN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER, FREEZE FOR 8 HOURS
  7. MAKE CUTS IN THE FROZEN MIXTURE
  8. PLACE IN A COOLED BOWL, WHIP TILL THE MIXTURE TURNS DOUBLE IN SIZE
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP NON-DAIRY WHIPPED CREAM, BLEND TILL CREAMY
  10. ADD 1 TBSP VANILLA ESSENCE, BLEND
  11. ADD 3 TBSP EACH OF COCOA & DARK CHOCOLATE POWDERS, WHIP FOR 2-3 MINS
  12. FREEZE THE MIX IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER FOR 8-10 HOURS
  13. SPRINKLE DARK CHOCOLATE POWDER ON TOP, SERVE CHILLED
