Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Mutton 750gms
  2. Cardamom 3
  3. Clove 3
  4. Cinnamon 2inch stick
  5. Onion sliced 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste 3tbsp
  7. Onion big 4
  8. Red chilli powder 1.5tsp
  9. Coriander powder 3tbsp
  10. Haldi powder 1tsp
  11. Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  12. Green chillies 8
  13. Mustard oil 1cup

Instructions

  1. IN A PRESSURE COOKER ADD 1CUP OIL AND LET IT SMOKE
  2. ADD 3CARDAMOM, 3CLOVE AND A CINNAMON STICK.THEN ADD 1SLICED ONION IN OIL
  3. LET IT BROWN PROPERLY
  4. THEN ADD 3TBSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN OIL
  5. STIR AND ADD 750GMS MUTTON PIECES
  6. STIR THE MUTTON FOR 10MINUTES ON HIGH HEAT TILL IT CHANGES COLOUR. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT STEP
  7. ADD 4 BIG ONIONS PASTE
  8. STIR AGAIN FOR 5 MINUTES
  9. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER 1.5 TSP,CORIANDER POWDER 3 TBSP,HALDI POWDER 1TSP, AND SALT TO TASTE
  10. ADD 1CUP WATER AND COOK HIGH FOR 1WHISTLE AND THEN SLOW COOK FOR 15..20 MINUTES
  11. OPEN THE PRESSURE COOKER AND ADD 1CUP BEATEN FRESH CURD AND 8 GREEN CHILLIES
  12. ADD 3 PEELED POTATOES CUT INTO HALF
  13. STIR AND PRESSURE COOK AGAIN FOR 2 WHISTLE .IN THE END ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER 1/2 TSP AND SERVE
