  6. coriander leaves
  7. Spring onion
  8. ginger 1 inch
  9. coconut chopped
  10. jeera
  11. salt
  12. Dosa batter
  13. ghee or Oil

Instructions

  1. FINELY CHOP 6-10 SHALLOTS
  2. FINELY CHOP CAPSICUM
  3. FINELY CHOP CARROT
  4. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  5. ADD FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
  6. ADD SPRING ONIONS
  7. ADD CHOPPED DESEEDED GREEN CHILLIES
  8. ADD FINELY CHOP GINGER
  9. ADD 1 TSP JEERA
  10. ADD PINCH OF SALT AND MIX
  11. ADD 2 CUPS THICK DOSA BATTER
  12. ADD FINELY CHOPPED COCONUT
  13. MIX WELL
  14. THIS IS THE CORRECT CONSISTENCY
  15. SPREAD UTTAPPAM
  16. ADD GHEE OR OIL
  17. SPRINKLE IDLY CHILLI POWDER
  18. COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  19. VEG UTTAPPAM READY!!
  20. SERVE WITH CHUTNEY
