  1. To grind
  2. Panch dal 1/2 cup soaked
  3. Turmeric powder
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Red chilli 1
  6. Salt
  7. To garnish
  8. Curry leaves
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Onion
  11. Cabbage
  12. Besan flour 1-2 tbsp for consistency

Instructions

  1. SOAK EQUAL QUANTITY OF URAD, CHANNA, TUVR, MOONG AND MASOOR DAL FOR 2 HOURS
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  3. ADD REQUIRED SALT
  4. ADD 2 GREEN CHILLIES
  5. ADD ONE RED CHILLI
  6. GRIND TO COARSE PASTE
  7. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  8. ADD CHOPPED ONION
  9. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES
  10. ADD CHOPPED CABBAGE
  11. MIX WELL. REST FOR 5 MINUTES
  12. TIPS: ADD 1 TBSP HEAPED CHANNA DAL FOR CRISPNESS. MIX
  13. OUR BATTER READY
  14. DEEP FRY PAKORAS
  15. COOK ON MEDIUM FLAME
  16. COOK ON BOTH SIDES
  17. FRY TILL IT TURNS TO GOLDEN BROWN
  18. PAKORAS READY FOR TEA TIME
  19. SERVE WITH TEA
