Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cabbage 1/2 kg
  2. Onion small size =4
  3. Kadalai maavu-1 cup
  4. Rice flour -11/2 cup
  5. Chilly,Turmeric powder
  6. Chilly-1 ,ginger-small size ,coriander,,curry leave.
  7. Chilly flakes(1spoon)+sombu flakes (1spoon)
  8. Salt.

Instructions

  1. In a pan add kadalai maavu then rice flour,Chilly powder,Turmeric powder,Salt,coriander,curry leaves,Chilly and sombu flakes,Salt.
  2. Mix well.add cabbage and onion .little add water and mix it.
  3. And then fry in oil.
  4. Hence our dish is ready.
