Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Large eggs 2
  2. Onion big 1 finely chopped
  3. Green chillies 2 finely chopped
  4. Oil 7 tablespoons
  5. Salt as required
  6. Cilantros optional

Instructions

  1. Take 1big onion finely chopped , 2 green chillies finely chopped Ina bowl.
  2. Add salt as required. Add cilantros chopped.
  3. Pour in 2 large eggs .Whisk until frothy .
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a ladle having deep pit .
  5. Pour in the egg mixture in the hot oil from certain distance . Omelette puffs beautifully.
  6. Cook in low heat . Flip side and cook .Take out the cooked Omelette . Repeat steps and cook rest .
  7. Karandi Omelette ready . Serve hot .
