  1. cauliflower -1
  2. rice flour-2tblspn
  3. Maida-2tblspn
  4. salt
  5. oil - for frying
  6. chilli powder-2 spn
  7. Chicken65 powder-2spn
  8. ginger garlicpaste-1 spn
  9. turmeric powder-1/2 spn
  10. pepper and cumin powder- 2spn
  11. Garamasala- 1spn

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL ADD CAULIFLOWER FLORETS,WATER,LITTLE SALT AND 1/2SPN TURMERIC POWDER AND BOIL IT FOR 4MINS
  2. IN THE MEANTIME TAKE ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS
  3. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME AND DRAIN THE WATER
  4. IN A BOWL ADD CAULIFLOWER,2TBLSPN RICEPOWDER, 2TBLSPN MAIDA,2SPN CHILLI POWDER, 2SPNCHICKEN65 POWD
  5. ADD 2SPN PEPPER AND CUMIN POWDER, 1SPN GARAMASALA,1/2SPN G.G PASTE, SALT AND 1/4SPN TURMERIC POWDER
  6. MIX WELL WITH SPOON
  7. ADD 2PINCH FOOD COLOR, LITTLE WATER AND MIX WELL
  8. HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  9. WHEN IT HEATS WELL PUT INTO MEDIUM FLAME AND FRY THE CAULIFLOWER
  10. FLIP IT OCCASIONALLY
  11. WHEN IT FRY WELL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PLATE
  12. SERVE IT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP
