  2. Onion paste-2 large
  3. Green chilli paste-3/4 tsp
  4. Curd-3tb sp
  5. Garlic paste-1/3 tsp
  6. Ginger paste-1/2tsp
  7. Cashew nut paste-1 .1/2 tbsp
  8. Raisin paste-1tb sp
  9. Garam masala-3/4 tsp
  10. Sugar-1/3tsp
  11. Cinnamon stick-1
  12. Colves-4
  13. Sliced onion-2 medium
  14. Salt
  15. Oil

Instructions

  1. NAWABI FISH KORMA
  2. IN A KADAI ADD OIL AND FRIED ONION TO MAKE BERESTA.
  3. IN THE SAME KADAI FRY THE FISH UNTILL LIGHT GOLDEN BROWN.
  4. IN A BOWL,ADD ONION PASTE,CURD,GREEN CHILLI PASTE,GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND MAKE A SMOOTH PASTE.
  5. IN THE SAME KADAI ADD THE WHOLE SPICES.FRY THEM UNTILL AROMATIC.
  6. ADD THE SPICE MIX.
  7. ADD SALT AND LOW THE HEAT.
  8. ADD CASHEW NUT AND RAISIN PASTE AND SUGAR ALSO.
  9. ADD LITTLE AMOUNT OF WATER.
  10. COVER THE KADAI AND BRING IT TO BOIL.
  11. ADD THE FRIED FISHES.
  12. COVER THE KADAI AND COOK IT FOR FEW MINS.
  13. ADD GARAM MASALA.
  14. ADD FRIED ONION (BERESTA).
  15. COVER THE KADAI AND COOK FOR 2-3 MINS.
  16. NAWABI FISH KORMA IS READY .SERVE IT WITH RICE OR PULAO.
