  3. 1 tbsp butter
  4. 2 tsp ice cold water
  5. 8-10 ras malai
  6. 2 cups rabdi
  7. Few kesar strands
  8. Few rose petals
  9. 1tsp pista slices

Instructions

  1. TO MAKE TART..TAKE 2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN A BOWL..ADD 1/2TSP BAKING POWDER
  2. ADD 1 TBSP BUTTER AND MIX WELL
  3. MIX WELL WITH SPATULA
  4. ONCE IT FORMS CRUMBLY..ADD 1 TSP ICE COLD WATER AND FORM A DOUGH
  5. ONCE THE DOUGH IS FORMED..PACK IT FROM ALL SIDES AND REFRIGERATE FOR 20 MIN
  6. TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF DOUGH AND SPREAD EVENLY ON TART OR SMALL MUFFIN CASE
  7. PRICK IT WITH FORK SO THAT IT DOESNOT SWELL WHEN BAKED.
  8. ADD RASMALAI IN EACH MUFFIN BOWL
  9. FILL IT WITH RABDI
  10. SPRINKLE IT WITH PISTA SLICE
  11. BAKE FOR 30 MIN AT 180 DEGREE TEMEPERATURE
