Well usally like to have rabadi but i made collagen twist rabdi jamun in tarts it asouth twist

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For tart:: purpose flore 150gms
  2. Salt half tsp
  3. Butter 20gms
  4. For jamun::jamun MTR flore 150gms
  5. Sugar 100gms
  6. Cardom powder 1/2tsp
  7. oil for deep fri
  8. For rabdi::Milk 1 ltr
  9. Sugar 150gms
  10. Saffron strands 1/4tsp
  11. Cardom powder 1/4tsp
  12. Pieces of drifruits 1/4cup

Instructions

  1. Let's start tart preparation::take a bowl put butter ,flore,salt
  2. Mix well to form kneaded doe
  3. Make nice soft doe keep a side rest 15 mins
  4. Take a small amount grease tart mould to stick up batter
  5. Take fork press on it transfer bake tray
  6. Set oven temperature put mould tray bake at 180degree at 15 min
  7. Then jamun preparation::take a bowl put MTR jamun flore
  8. Add pinch baking soda,milk mix well
  9. Make kneaded jamun doe rest 10mins
  10. Make mini jamuns as round shape
  11. Heat oil mean while prepare sugar syrup
  12. Fri jamuns in medium flame take out put sugar syrup soak at 15mins
  13. For rabdi::pour thick milk in thick vessel keep boil
  14. Milk should get very thick 1 ltr should reduce half ltr
  15. Add sugar,cardom powder,saffron,drifruits pieces on it
  16. Take each tart cups pour rabdi place jamuns garnish with pista
  17. Ready to serve rabdi jamun tart
