Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Baingans -1/2 kgs
  2. To Grind :-
  3. Small Onions-1Cup
  4. Coriander Leaves -Half Bunch
  5. Green Chillies-3
  6. To Fry
  7. Sesame Oil -2Tbspns(OR Eidble Cooking Oil)
  8. Cinnamon-2 pcs
  9. Curry Leaves-15nos
  10. Corriander Powder-2tsps
  11. Salt - To Taste

Instructions

  1. TAKE BAINGANS1/2 KG , SMALL ONIONS1/2 CUP,CORRIANDER LEAVES ,GREEN CHILLIES -3,CORRIANDERPOWDER-2TSP
  2. GRIND ONIONS, CHILLI'S,CORRIANDER LEAVES IN A MIXIE JAR WITH LITTLE WATER & KEEP IT ASIDE.
  3. NOW CUT BAINGANS INTO 4 HALVES(DON'T CUT TILL THE END)AS SHOWN .FOR FRY TAKE CINNAMON& CURRY LEAVES.
  4. TO FRY TAKE SESAME OIL 2TBSPNS ,CINNAMON-2 ,CURRY LEAVES & NOW ADD CUTTED BAINGANS ...FRY NICELY
  5. AFTER BAINGANS HAVE FRIED ADD THE GRINDED ONES (ONION+ CORIANDER LEAVES + G. CHILLIES+LITTLE WATER)
  6. THEN ADD CORRIANDER POWDER -2 TBSPN & NEEDED SALT .CLOSE THE LID FOR 5MINUTES.DON'T STIR OFTEN ,
  7. AFTER 7 MINS ,OPEN THE LID AGAIN & STIR IT GENTLY.AGAIN CLOSE THE LID TO COOK
  8. KEEP IN SLIM FLAME & COOK SLOWLY BY CLOSING THE LID .STIR IT OFTEN ....
  9. & THAT'S IT YOU GOT YOUR YUMMY ....BANGARA BAIGAN MASALA(TAWA FRY).READY TO GO WITH HOT WHITE RICE
