Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour
  2. Yeast
  3. Salt
  4. Sugar
  5. Chole
  6. Spices


  1. Mix yeast and sugar with lukewarm water
  2. In 250 gms of wheat flour add in 2 spoon protien powder ,salt and fermented yeast
  3. Make a sticky dough with water
  4. Smoothen out the dough formed on a lightly dusted surface
  5. Place it in a greased bowl for 1 hour
  6. Fermented Dough
  7. Then place it in a bread Tin and let it prove for 20 mins.
  8. Bake it at 180° for 30 mins in a preheated oven.Look how beautiful the bread is!
  9. Make a sqaure hole in the middle
  10. For making the chole add 4-5 peppercorns,dalchini and 1 spoon of tea leaves for colour
  11. Boil it for 5-6 whistles until soft
  12. In chole add in 1 tsp of red chilli and coriander powder and 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  13. Then add 1 tsp of anardana,garam masala and amchur powder
  14. Mix well and add the residue water into it.Mash the chole
  15. For tadka add in 1 tbsp of ghee and 1 tsp of roasted cumin seeds
  16. half slit chillies and ginger to be added too
  17. Pindi Chole
  18. In onions, capsicum, paneer add in some Chaat masala and lemon juice
  19. Add the chole into it and garnish it
  20. Look how tempting it is looking. !!
