  1. Urdu dal -2Cups
  2. Channa dal -1Cup
  3. Red Chillies-35-40 nos
  4. Curry leaves-a bunch
  5. asefotida-2-3tsps
  6. salt-to Taste
  7. Sesame seeds-2Tbspns(White/Black)

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 CUPS OF URDU DAL & ONE CUP OF CHANA DAL . NICELY DRY ROAST IT WITH 1-2 DROPS OF OIL.........
  2. TAKE & KEEP RED CHILIES 35-40,CURRY LEAVES -A BUNCH,ASEFOTIDA ,SALT & SEASAME SEEDS (WHITE/BLACK).
  3. THE SECRET OF TASTY & AROMATIC IS FRY DAL IN VERY LOW FLAME TILL U GET NICE SMELL,TURNS GOLDEN-BROWN
  4. FRY EACH ONE SEPRETELY & MIX AT LAST ADD SALT .KEEP HALF OF SEASAME SEEDS ADD IT AFTER GRINDING ...
  5. GRIND FOR PODI LITTLE COARSELY ... NOT TOO SMOOTH. LIKE SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO....MIX SEASAME SEEDS.
