Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 packet Pazzta masala penne
  2. 1 cup sprouts
  3. 1/2 cup onion chopped
  4. 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  5. Black pepper powder 1 /2 tsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 /2 tsp
  7. Red Chilli powder 1 /2 tsp
  8. 1/2 cup cucumber
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tbsp olive oil
  11. 1 lemon juice
  12. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  13. 1/2 cup corriender leaves

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN BOIL 2 CUPS WATER.
  2. ADD PAZZTA MASALA PENNE
  3. BOIL IT.
  4. NOW SWITCH OFF THE FLAME.
  5. DRAIN THE WATER, ADD 1 TSP OLIVE OIL.
  6. KEEP ASIDE TO COOL.
  7. IN A MIXING BOWL ADD 1 CUP SPROUTS MOTH
  8. ADD 1/2 CUP FINE CHOPPED ONION AND TOMATOES
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CUCUMBER AND POMEGRANATE SEEDS.
  10. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES AND GINGER , SALT AND ROCK SALT TO TASTE.
  11. ADD 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, BLACK PEPPER POWER & ROSTED CUMIN POWDER.
  12. ADD 1/2 CUP FINE CHOPPED GREEN CORIANDER, MIX ALL.
  13. NOW ADD BOILED PAZZTA MASALA PENNE
  14. IN A BOWL ADD 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL ADD TASTEMAKER, MIX
  15. HEAT BOWL IN A MICROWAVE
  16. FOR 30 SECONDS
  17. ADD LEMON JUICE IN TASTEMAKER AND MIX WELL.
  18. MIX TASTEMAKER IN SPROUTS PASTA SALAD.
  19. MIX WELL.
  20. SERVE IN A SERVING PLATE.
  21. GARNISH WITH CORRIENDER AND PUDINA
