Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3/4 cup Rajgira flour
  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes, mashed
  3. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  4. Sendha Namak as per taste
  5. 1-2 green chillies crushed
  6. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. IN A BOWL, ADD RAJGIRA FLOUR AND MASHED POTATOES
  2. ADD SENDHA NAMAK
  3. ADD CUMIN POWDER, GREEN CHILLIES, CORIANDER LEAVES AND 1 TBSP WATER. MIX WELL TO FORM A DOUGH
  4. PLACE MEDIUM SIZED BALL OF DOUGH ON GREASED FOIL AND SHAPE INTO PARATHA
  5. FLIP THE FOIL OVER HOT NON STICK TAWA AND PEEL OFF THE FOIL
  6. COOK ON BOTH SIDES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
  7. DRIZZLE GHEE ON TOP ON BOTH SIDES
  8. SERVE HOT WITH CURD OR PICKLE OR GRAVY
