This is my first trial with foxnuts & beleive me this is amazing.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mill 1/2 ltr
  2. Foxnut(makhana) 1 cup
  3. Rose buds 10 to 12
  4. Sugar 4 tbsp
  5. Pachi pwdr of 4 pods
  6. Few krsar strands

Instructions

  1. IN A WOK ADD 1 TSP PURE GHEE
  2. ADD 1 CUP MAKHANA(FOXNUT)
  3. STIR FRY THEM TILL GOLDEN
  4. REMOVE THEM IN A MIXER AND ADD 10 TO 12 DRIED ROSE BUDS
  5. GRIND INTO FINE POWDER
  6. IN THE SAME WOK ADD 1/2 L8TR MILK
  7. ADD 4 CRUSH3D CARDAMOM PODS
  8. ADD FEW KRSAR STRANDS
  9. ADD 4 TBSP SUGAR(IF U LIKE IT SWEET U CAN INCREASE THE QUANTITY)
  10. ONCE THE MILK BOILS, ADD THE GROUNDED POWDER
  11. KEEP STIRRING TILL IT THICKENS
  12. OUR KHEER HAS THICKENED TO IT'S CONSISTENCY
