Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana- 1 cup
  2. Potatoes -2
  3. Roasted Peanuts Powder- 4 Tbsps
  4. Roasted cumin seeds powder- 1 tsp
  5. Chopped Coriander leaves- 3 Tbsps
  6. Chopped green chilies- 2 Tbsps
  7. Ghee- 4 tbsps
  8. Rock Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. SABUDANA THALIPEETH BY RAMANI THIAGARAJAN !
  2. Take Sabudana wash and soak 4 hours.Drain the water.
  3. Take roasted peanuts. Boil potatoes and peel the skin.
  4. Arrange Potato,Sabudana,roasted peanuts,roasted cumin powder,ginger,chopped coriander leaves,Chilly
  5. In a bowl add Sabudana,mashed potatoes,rock salt,ginger,ground peanuts powder,chilly
  6. Add roasted cumin powder.
  7. Mix well and make dough.
  8. Take one dough ball place on a greased sheet and press gently.Make pancake.
  9. Gently place it on a tawa .Let it cook on medium flame.
  10. Add Ghee and flip.
  11. Flip both sides and cook well.
  12. Repeat the same for rest.
  13. Serve hot.
  14. SABUDANA THALIPEETH is ready.
