Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half bowl soaked sama ke chawal
  2. Chopped green chili ,capsicum,carrot and potatoes
  3. Handful peanuts
  4. One teaspoon sendha namak
  5. Half teaspoon black pepper
  6. One bowl water to cook the rice

Instructions

  1. TAKE HALF BOWL SOAKED SAMA KE CHAWAL AND TAKE SOME CHOPPED GREEN CHILLIES, CAPSICUM,CARROT AND POTATOES
  2. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN AND ADD JEERA
  3. ADD SOME PEANUTS AND SAUTE
  4. ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES
  5. ADD SENDHA NAMAK AND KALI MIRCH AS PER TASTE
  6. WHEN VEGGIES ARE SLIGHTLY COOKED ADD SOAKED SAMA KE CHAWAL
  7. ADD ONE BOWL WATER AND COVER THE PAN
  8. READY :heart_eyes::ok_hand: SAMAK KE PULAV
