Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paan - 6 big
  2. Milkmaid condensed milk - 200 gms
  3. Green food color - 3 drops
  4. Ghee- 1 tspn
  5. Dessicated coconut -180 gms
  6. Gulkand - 5 tspn

Instructions

  1. TAKE PAAN INTO GRINDER
  2. ADD CONDENSED MILK AND GRIND THEM
  3. WHEN FORM A PASTE, ADD GREEN FOOD COLOR
  4. TRANSFER IT INTO A BOWL AND MIX PROPERLY
  5. HEAT GHEE IN A PAN
  6. ADD DESSICATED COCONUT AND SAUTE FOR 1 MIN
  7. TRANSFER THE PAAN PASTE AND MIX WELL
  8. COOK FOR 3 TO 4 MIN. SWITCH OFF THE FLAME
  9. AFTER 5 MIN, GREASE YOUR PALM WITH GHEE, START MAKING BALLS, STUFF GULKAND IN BETWEEN
  10. ROLL IT PROPERLY AND COVER WITH DESSICATED COCONUT.
