Tried to make the daanedaar kind of kalakhand where you can feel the beads like peices when you bite into it.so have not trued yo make it smooth.you can mix store bought cottage cheese or make fresh home made and mix.when youve put it in the tray,leave to set in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours. Cut and serve.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 300 ml milk
  2. 1 cup crumbled cottage cheese
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 tsp Cardamon powder
  5. 1 tsp ghee
  6. 2 tbsp grated almonds and pistachios

Instructions

  1. ADD 300 ML MILK TO A WIDE SAUCEPAN
  2. LET IT BOIL IN LOW TO MEDIUM FLAME STIRRING CONTINUOSLY REDUCING IT
  3. NOW ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR AND BOIL FURTHER FOR FEW MINUTES
  4. ADD 1 CUP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE
  5. COOK FURTHER.ADD 3/4 TSP CARDAMON POWDER
  6. MEANWHILE GREASE A SMALL TRAY
  7. LET THE MUXTUTE REDUCE WELL TILL IT CONES TOGETHER LIKE THIS
  8. NOW POUR AND PRESS IT ON THE TRAY . SPRINKLE WITH GRATED PISTA AND BADAM
