ABOUT Pineapple Ladoos RECIPE

These pineapple ladoos are my own innovative recipe which is deferent from all traditional recipes. Its taste is amazing flavour sweet and sour is really drooling

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1½ cup pine apple
  2. 1 cup desiccated coconut powder
  3. 1 cup milk powder
  4. 3/4 Cup sugar
  5. 4 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, Pistachios, cashews
  6. 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  7. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  8. 4 tbsp mixed cut nuts almonds and cashews

Instructions

  1. TAKE 1½ CUP PINEAPPLE 1 CUP DESSICATED COCONUT 1 CUP MILK POWDER ¾ CUP SUGAR 1 TSP GHEE 4 TBSP NUTS
  2. PUT ALL THE PIECES OF PINEAPPLE IN THE MIXER GRINDER
  3. GRIND PINEAPPLE CHUNKS INTO A PASTE
  4. HEAT GHEE IN A NONSTICK PAN ON A LOW HEAT
  5. ADD PINEAPPLE PUREE AND FRY FOR A MINUTE OR TILL A BIT COOKED MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT BURN THE PUREE.
  6. NOW ADD DESSICATED COCONUT , MILK POWDER, ¼TSP CARDAMOM POWDER. AND MIX WELL
  7. COOK THIS MIXTURE ON LOW HEAT FOR ABOUT 4 MINUTES
  8. WHEN THE MIXTURE STARTS GETTING THINK TRANSFER INTO A BOWL AND LET IT COOL
  9. LET THE MIXTURE IS COOLED AND HANDLEABLE GREASE YOUR HANDS WITH GHEE
  10. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF MIXTURE INTO LADOO SHAPE AND FILL CUT NUTS OF ALMONDS PISTACHIOS AND CASHEWS
  11. NOW YOUR PINEAPPLE LADOOS ARE READY
  12. NOW WRAP THESE LADOOS WITH MELON SEEDS
  13. DECORATE THEM WITH SPUN SUGAR AND PISTACHIOS
