  1. 3-4 masala papad
  2. 1 medium size onion chopped
  3. 1 green chillie chopped for spice
  4. 1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
  5. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  6. 1 cup Bombay mix bhel or any bhujiya u like
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. FIRST WE COLLECT ALL INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT A TAWA AND ROAST PAPAD WITH HELP OF KITCHEN CLOTH
  3. ROLL IT QUICKLY LIKE A CONE
  4. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL LIKE BHUJIA GREEN CHILLIES CHOPPED ONION CHOPPED CORIANDER AND LEMON JUICE AND SALT.
  5. MIX ALL TOGETHER
  6. STUFF THESE BHUJIA STUFFING IN PAPAD CONE. SPRINKLE SOME CHAAT MASALA OVER IT.
  7. ENJOY YOUR TEA TIME SNACK FOR CHOTI BHOOKH.
