ABOUT Cheesy Vegetable Keema RECIPE

Goodness of all the veggies and cheese in a wholesome dish. Cheesy vegetable keema is an ideal dish for a feastful lunch.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 large chopped onions
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  4. 1 finely chopped green chilly
  5. 1 steamed and finely chopped carrot
  6. 100 gms steamed and finely chopped french beans
  7. 1 large chopped tomato
  8. 1 cup tomato puree
  9. 2 cubes grated cheese
  10. 100 grams grated cottage cheese
  11. salt to taste
  12. 1 tsp cumin powder
  13. 1 tsp coriander powder
  14. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  15. 2 tbsp oil
  16. 1/2 Cup Green peas

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A WOK AND ADD THE CHOPPED ONIONS
  2. FRY ONIONS TILL TRANSLUCENT . NOW, ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE TO IT
  3. ADD CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND CAPSICUM
  4. ADD THE GREEN PEAS
  5. ADD TOMATO PUREE , STIR WELL AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
  6. NOW ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND COOK TILL MUSHY
  7. ADD CORIANDER POWDER,CUMIN POWDER AND GARAM MASALA POWDER
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD LITTLE WATER AND LET IT COOK FOR SOMETIME
  10. ADD STEAMED CARROT AND FRENCH BEANS AND STIR WELL
  11. ADD GRATED CHEESE AND COTTAGE CHEESE (PANEER)
  12. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES AND STIR WELL
  13. ADD LITTLE WATER AND COOK FOR SOME MORE TIME
  14. TEMPTING CHEESY VEG KEEMA IS READY TO SERVE
